ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATES. 17.1 The Trustee shall cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of Individual Certificates to be available, upon request, to the Registrar at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Individual Certificates as provided below. 17.2 The Registrar shall, subject to and in accordance with Condition 17 (Replacement of Individual Certificates) and the following provisions of this Clause 17, cause to be delivered any replacement Individual Certificates which the Trustee may determine to issue in place of Individual Certificates which have been lost, stolen, mutilated, defaced or destroyed. 17.3 The Registrar shall obtain verification, in the case of an allegedly lost, stolen or destroyed Individual Certificate in respect of which the serial number is known, that the Individual Certificate has not previously been redeemed, paid or exchanged, as the case may be. The Registrar shall not issue any replacement Individual Certificate unless and until the claimant shall have: (a) paid the costs and expenses incurred in connection with the issue; (b) provided it with such evidence and indemnity as the Trustee may reasonably require; and (c) in the case of any mutilated or defaced Individual Certificate, surrendered it to the Registrar. 17.4 The Registrar shall cancel any mutilated or defaced Individual Certificate in respect of which replacement Individual Certificates have been issued under this Clause 17 and shall furnish the Trustee with a certificate stating the serial numbers of Individual Certificates cancelled and, unless otherwise instructed by the Trustee in writing, shall destroy the cancelled Individual Certificates and give to the Trustee a destruction certificate containing the information specified in Clause 17.3. 17.5 The Registrar shall, on issuing any replacement Individual Certificate, immediately inform the Trustee of the serial number of the replacement Individual Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual Certificate has been issued. 17.6 The Registrar shall keep a full and complete record of all replacement Individual Certificates issued and shall make the record available at all reasonable times to the Trustee and the Delegate and any persons authorised by any of them for inspection and for the taking of copies of it or extracts from it.

17.5 The Registrar shall, on issuing any replacement Individual definitive Certificate, immediately forthwith inform the Trustee and the other Agents of the serial number of the replacement Individual definitive Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual definitive Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual definitive Certificate has been issued.
17.6 The Registrar Whenever a definitive Certificate for which a replacement definitive Certificate has been issued is presented to the Principal Paying Agent for payment or a Transfer Agent for transfer, the relevant Agent shall keep a full and complete record of all replacement Individual Certificates issued and shall make the record available at all reasonable times immediately send notice to the Trustee and (if it is not itself the Delegate Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar) the Principal Paying Agent and any persons authorised by any of them for inspection and for the taking of copies of it or extracts from itRegistrar.

The Fiscal Agent shall upon the Issuer’s written request furnish the Trustee Issuer and the Guarantor with a certificate stating the serial numbers number of Individual the Certificates received by it and cancelled andpursuant to this clause and shall, unless otherwise instructed requested by the Trustee in writingIssuer, shall destroy the cancelled Individual all those Certificates and give to upon written request furnish the Trustee Issuer or the Guarantor with a destruction certificate containing the information specified in Clause 17.3subclause 14.2.
17.5 15.5 The Registrar Fiscal Agent shall, on issuing any replacement Individual Certificate, immediately forthwith inform the Trustee Issuer, the Guarantor, each other Paying Agent, the Registrar and the Transfer Agent, of the serial number of the replacement Individual Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual Certificate has been issued.

17.5 The Registrar shall, on issuing any replacement Individual definitive Certificate, immediately forthwith inform the Trustee and the other Agents of the serial number of the replacement Individual definitive Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual definitive Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual definitive Certificate has been issued.

15.3 The Registrar shall not issue any a replacement Individual Certificate unless and until the claimant shall have:applicant has:
(a) paid the such expenses and costs and expenses as may be incurred in connection with the issuereplacement;
(b) provided furnished it with such evidence (including evidence as to the identifying number of the Certificate in question if known) and indemnity as the Trustee Issuer and/or the Registrar may reasonably require; and
(c) in the case of any a mutilated or defaced Individual Certificate, surrendered it to the Registrar.
17.4 15.4 The Registrar shall cancel any mutilated or defaced Individual Certificate Certificates in respect of which replacement Individual Certificates have been issued under pursuant to this Clause 17 Clause. The Registrar shall unless otherwise requested by the Issuer, destroy all those Certificates and shall upon request furnish the Trustee Issuer with a certificate stating the serial numbers of Individual Certificates cancelled and, unless otherwise instructed by the Trustee in writing, shall destroy the cancelled Individual Certificates and give to the Trustee a destruction certificate containing the information specified in Clause 17.314.2.
17.5 15.5 The Registrar shall, on issuing any replacement Individual Certificate, immediately as soon as practicable inform the Trustee Issuer and the other Agents of the serial number of the replacement Individual Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual Certificate has been issued.
17.6 The 15.6 Whenever a Certificate for which a replacement Certificate has been issued is presented to the Fiscal Agent for payment or to the Registrar or a Transfer Agent for transfer, the relevant Agent shall keep a full as soon as practicable send notice to the Issuer and complete record of all replacement Individual Certificates issued (if it is not itself the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar) the Fiscal Agent and the Registrar and shall not be obliged to make the record available at all reasonable times to the Trustee and the Delegate and any persons authorised by any payment in respect of them for inspection and for the taking of copies of it or extracts from itsuch Certificate.

17.5 The Registrar shall, on issuing any replacement Individual definitive Certificate, immediately forthwith inform the Trustee and the other Agents of the serial number of the replacement Individual definitive Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual definitive Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual definitive Certificate has been issued.
17.6 Whenever a definitive Certificate for which a replacement definitive Certificate has been issued is presented to the Principal Paying Agent for payment or a Transfer Agent for transfer, the relevant Agent shall immediately send notice to the Trustee and (if it is not itself the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar) the Principal Paying Agent and the Registrar.
17.7 The Registrar shall keep a full and complete record of all replacement Individual Certificates issued and in substitution for lost, stolen, mutilated, defaced or destroyed Certificates. The Registrar shall make the record available at all reasonable times make the records available to the Trustee and Trustee, Dar Al-Arkan, the Delegate and any persons authorised by any of them for inspection and for the taking of copies of it or extracts from itPrincipal Paying Agent.

17.4 The Registrar and/or the relevant Paying Agent shall cancel any mutilated or defaced Individual Definitive Certificate in respect of which replacement Individual Definitive Certificates have been issued under this Clause 17 and shall furnish the Trustee with a certificate stating the serial numbers of Individual Definitive Certificates cancelled and, unless otherwise instructed by the Trustee in writing, shall destroy the cancelled Individual Definitive Certificates and give to the Trustee a destruction certificate containing the information specified in Clause 17.317.3 above.
17.5 The Registrar and/or the relevant Paying Agent shall, on issuing any replacement Individual Definitive Certificate, immediately inform the Trustee of the serial number of the replacement Individual Definitive Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual Definitive Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual Definitive Certificate has been issued.
17.6 The Registrar and/or the relevant Paying Agent shall keep a full and complete record of all replacement Individual Definitive Certificates issued and shall make the record available at all reasonable times to the Bank, the Trustee and the Delegate and any persons authorised by any of them for inspection and for the taking of copies of it or extracts from it.

(b) 18.3.2 provided it with such evidence and indemnity as the Trustee Issuer, the Representative or the Registrar and/or the relevant Paying Agent may reasonably require; and
(c) 18.3.3 in the case of any mutilated or defaced Individual Definitive Certificate, surrendered it to the RegistrarRegistrar and/or the relevant Paying Agent.
17.4 18.4 The Registrar and/or the relevant Paying Agent shall cancel any mutilated or defaced Individual Definitive Certificate in respect of which replacement Individual Definitive Certificates have been issued under this Clause 17 18 and shall furnish the Trustee Issuer with a certificate stating the serial numbers of Individual Definitive Certificates cancelled and, unless otherwise instructed by the Trustee Issuer in writing, shall destroy the cancelled Individual Definitive Certificates and give to the Trustee Issuer a destruction certificate containing the information specified in Clause 17.318.3 above.
17.5 18.5 The Registrar and/or the relevant Paying Agent shall, on issuing any replacement Individual Definitive Certificate, immediately upon request inform the Trustee Issuer of the serial number of the replacement Individual Definitive Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual Definitive Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual Definitive Certificate has been issued.
17.6 18.6 The Registrar and/or the relevant Paying Agent shall keep a full and complete record of all replacement Individual Definitive Certificates issued and shall make the record available at all reasonable times to Ziraat Katılım, the Trustee Issuer and the Delegate Representative and any persons authorised by any of them for inspection and for the taking of copies of it or extracts from it.

17.2 16.2 The Fiscal Agent and the Registrar shall, subject to and in accordance with Condition 17 (Replacement of Individual Certificates) 11 and the following provisions of this Clause 17clause, cause to be authenticated (in the case only of replacement Certificates) and delivered any replacement Individual Certificates which the Trustee Issuer may determine to issue in place of Individual Certificates which have been lost, stolen, mutilated, defaced or destroyed.
17.3 16.3 The Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, the Registrar shall obtain verification, in the case of an allegedly lost, stolen or destroyed Individual Certificate in respect of which the serial number is known, that the Individual Certificate has not previously been redeemed, paid redeemed or exchanged, as paid. Neither the case may be. The Fiscal Agent nor the Registrar shall not issue any a replacement Individual Certificate unless and until the claimant shall have:applicant has:
(a) paid the such expenses and costs and expenses as may be incurred in connection with the issuereplacement;
(b) provided furnished it with such evidence and indemnity as the Trustee Issuer may reasonably require; and
(c) in the case of any a mutilated or defaced Individual Certificate, surrendered it to the Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, the Registrar.
17.4 16.4 The Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, the Registrar shall cancel any mutilated or defaced Individual Certificate Certificates in respect of which replacement Individual Certificates have been issued under pursuant to this Clause 17 clause and all Certificates which are so cancelled shall be delivered by the Registrar to the Fiscal Agent (or as it may specify). The Fiscal Agent shall furnish the Trustee Issuer with a certificate stating the serial numbers of Individual the Certificates received by it and cancelled andpursuant to this clause and shall, unless otherwise instructed requested by the Trustee in writingIssuer, shall destroy the cancelled Individual all those Certificates and give to furnish the Trustee Issuer with a destruction certificate containing the information specified in Clause 17.3subclause 15.2.
17.5 16.5 The Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, the Registrar shall, on issuing any replacement Individual Certificate, immediately forthwith inform the Trustee Issuer, the other Paying Agents and the Registrar and the Transfer Agent of the serial number of the replacement Individual Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual Certificate has been issued.
17.6 The Registrar shall keep 16.6 Whenever a full and complete record of all Certificate for which a replacement Individual Certificates Certificate has been issued and the serial number of which is known is presented to a Paying Agent for payment or to a Transfer Agent for transfer, the relevant Agent shall make the record available at all reasonable times immediately send notice to the Trustee Issuer and (if it is not itself the Delegate and any persons authorised by any of them for inspection and for Fiscal Agent) the taking of copies of it or extracts from itFiscal Agent.

17.1 14.1 The Trustee Issuer shall cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of Individual Certificates to be available, upon request, to the Registrar at its specified office Specified Office for the purpose of issuing replacement Individual Certificates as provided below.

The Registrar shall unless otherwise requested by the Issuer, destroy all those Certificates and shall upon request furnish the Trustee Issuer with a certificate stating the serial numbers of Individual Certificates cancelled and, unless otherwise instructed by the Trustee in writing, shall destroy the cancelled Individual Certificates and give to the Trustee a destruction certificate containing the information specified in Clause 17.3clause 13.2.
17.5 14.5 The Registrar shall, on issuing any replacement Individual Certificate, immediately forthwith inform the Trustee Issuer and the other Agents of the serial number of the replacement Individual Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual Certificate has been issued.

(b) provided furnished it with such evidence and indemnity as the Trustee Issuer may reasonably require; and
(c) in the case of any a mutilated or defaced Individual Certificate, surrendered it to the Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, the Registrar.
17.4 17.5 The Fiscal Agent or, as the case may be, the Registrar shall cancel any mutilated or defaced Individual Certificate Certificates in respect of which replacement Individual Certificates have been issued under pursuant to this Clause 17 clause and all Capital Securities which are so cancelled shall be delivered by the Registrar to the Fiscal Agent (or as it may specify). The Fiscal Agent shall furnish the Trustee Issuer and the Guarantor with a certificate stating the serial numbers of the Individual Certificates received by it and cancelled andpursuant to this Clause 17 and shall, unless otherwise instructed requested by the Trustee in writingIssuer or the Guarantor, shall destroy the cancelled all those Individual Certificates and give to furnish the Trustee Issuer and the Guarantor with a destruction certificate containing the information specified in Clause 17.316.2.

17.5 16.5 The Registrar shall, on issuing any replacement Individual Definitive Certificate, immediately as soon as reasonably practicable inform the Trustee and the other Agents of the serial number of the replacement Individual Definitive Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual Definitive Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual Definitive Certificate has been issued.
17.6 16.6 Whenever a Certificate for which a replacement Definitive Certificate has been issued is presented to the Principal Paying Agent for payment or a Transfer Agent for transfer, the relevant Agent shall as soon as reasonably practicable send notice to the Trustee and (if it is not itself the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar) the Principal Paying Agent and the Registrar.
16.7 The Registrar shall keep a full and complete record of all replacement Individual Definitive Certificates issued and shall make the record available at all reasonable times to the Bank, the Trustee and the Delegate and any persons authorised by any of them for inspection and for the taking of copies of it or extracts from it.

17.4 The Registrar and/or the relevant Paying Agent shall cancel any mutilated or defaced Individual Definitive Certificate in respect of which replacement Individual Definitive Certificates have been issued under this Clause 17 and shall furnish the Trustee with a certificate stating the serial numbers of Individual Definitive Certificates cancelled and, unless otherwise instructed by the Trustee in writing, shall destroy the cancelled Individual Definitive Certificates and give to the Trustee a destruction certificate containing the information specified in Clause 17.317.3 above.
17.5 The Registrar and/or the relevant Paying Agent shall, on issuing any replacement Individual Definitive Certificate, immediately inform the Trustee of the serial number of the replacement Individual Definitive Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual Definitive Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual Definitive Certificate has been issued.

17.5 16.5 The Registrar shall, on issuing any replacement Individual Definitive Certificate, immediately as soon as reasonably practicable inform the Trustee and the other Agents of the serial number of the replacement Individual Definitive Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual Definitive Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual Definitive Certificate has been issued.
17.6 16.6 Whenever a Certificate for which a replacement Definitive Certificate has been issued is presented to the Principal Paying Agent for payment or a Transfer Agent for transfer, the relevant Agent shall as soon as reasonably practicable send notice to the Trustee and (if it is not itself the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar) the Principal Paying Agent and the Registrar.
16.7 The Registrar shall keep a full and complete record of all replacement Individual Definitive Certificates issued and shall make the record available at all reasonable times to Infracorp, the Trustee and the Delegate and any persons authorised by any of them for inspection and for the taking of copies of it or extracts from it.

ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATES.
17.1 15.1 The Trustee Issuer shall cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of Individual Certificates to be available, upon request, to the Registrar at its specified office Fiscal Agent for the purpose of issuing replacement Individual Certificates as provided below.
17.2 15.2 The Registrar Fiscal Agent shall, subject to and in accordance with Condition 17 (Replacement of Individual Certificates) 11 and the following provisions of this Clause 17clause, cause to be authenticated (in the case only of replacement Certificates) and delivered any replacement Individual Certificates which the Trustee Issuer may determine to issue in place of Individual Certificates which have been lost, stolen, mutilated, defaced or destroyed.
17.3 15.3 The Registrar Fiscal Agent shall obtain verification, in the case of an allegedly lost, stolen or destroyed Individual Certificate in respect of which the serial number is known, that the Individual Certificate has not previously been redeemed, paid redeemed or exchanged, as the case may bepaid. The Registrar Fiscal Agent shall not issue any a replacement Individual Certificate unless and until the claimant shall have:applicant has:
(a) paid the such expenses and costs and expenses as may be reasonably incurred in connection with the issuereplacement;
(b) provided furnished it with such evidence and indemnity or security as the Trustee Issuer and the Fiscal Agent may reasonably require; and
(c) in the case of any a mutilated or defaced Individual Certificate, surrendered it to the RegistrarFiscal Agent.
17.4 15.4 The Registrar Fiscal Agent shall cancel any mutilated or defaced Individual Certificate Certificates in respect of which replacement Individual Certificates have been issued under pursuant to this Clause 17 and clause. The Fiscal Agent shall upon the Issuer's written request furnish the Trustee Issuer and the Guarantor with a certificate stating the serial numbers number of Individual the Certificates received by it and cancelled andpursuant to this clause and shall, unless otherwise instructed requested by the Trustee in writingIssuer, shall destroy the cancelled Individual all those Certificates and give to upon written request furnish the Trustee Issuer or the Guarantor with a destruction certificate containing the information specified in Clause 17.3subclause 14.2.
17.5 15.5 The Registrar Fiscal Agent shall, on issuing any replacement Individual Certificate, immediately forthwith inform the Trustee Issuer, the Guarantor, each other Paying Agent, the Registrar and the Transfer Agent, of the serial number of the replacement Individual Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual Certificate has been issued.

15.3 The Registrar shall not issue any a replacement Individual Certificate unless and until the claimant shall have:applicant has:
(a) paid the such expenses and costs and expenses as may be incurred in connection with the issuereplacement;
(b) provided furnished it with such evidence (including evidence as to the identifying number of the Certificate in question if known) and indemnity as the Trustee Issuer and/or the Registrar may reasonably require; and
(c) in the case of any a mutilated or defaced Individual Certificate, surrendered it to the Registrar.
17.4 15.4 The Registrar shall cancel any mutilated or defaced Individual Certificate Certificates in respect of which replacement Individual Certificates have been issued under pursuant to this Clause 17 Clause. The Registrar shall unless otherwise requested by the Issuer, destroy all those Certificates and shall upon request furnish the Trustee Issuer with a certificate stating the serial numbers of Individual Certificates cancelled and, unless otherwise instructed by the Trustee in writing, shall destroy the cancelled Individual Certificates and give to the Trustee a destruction certificate containing the information specified in Clause 17.314.2.
17.5 15.5 The Registrar shall, on issuing any replacement Individual Certificate, immediately as soon as practicable inform the Trustee Issuer and the other Agents of the serial number of the replacement Individual Certificate issued and (if known) of the serial number of the Individual Certificate in place of which the replacement Individual Certificate has been issued.
