ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES AND COUPONS. (a) The Company shall cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of Notes and Coupons to be made available, upon request, to the Fiscal Agent for the purpose of issuing replacement Notes and Coupons in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
