Issue of Senior Parent Payment Stop Notice. (h) Any reference in this Agreement to a Debtor or member of the Group being able to make any Payment or take any other action shall include a reference to that Debtor or member of the Group being permitted to make any arrangement in respect of that Payment or action or take any step or enter into any transaction to facilitate the making of that Payment or the taking of that action.
