Issue of Share Certificates To Voting Trustees. After the execution and delivery of this Agreement, when the Corporation issues shares to the Holders, it shall issue the shares in the name of the Voting Trustees one stock certificate representing the aggregate of the shares to Holders. The Voting Trustees are authorized and empowered to cause to be made any further transfers of the Shares which may become necessary through the occurrence of any change of persons holding the office of Voting Trustee.
