Common use of Issue of Shares for Cash Clause in Contracts

Issue of Shares for Cash. the aggregate consideration receivable for Shares issued for cash shall be the amount of such cash provided that in no case shall any deduction be made for any commission or any expenses paid or incurred by the Company for any underwriting of the issue or otherwise in connection therewith;
