ISSUE OF VOTING CERTIFICATES AND BLOCK VOTING INSTRUCTIONS. The holder of an interest in a Note may require the Registrar to issue a Block Voting Instruction by arranging (to the satisfaction of the Registrar) for such Note to be blocked in an account with a clearing system not later than 48 hours before the time fixed for the relevant Meeting. The registered holder of a Note may require the Registrar to issue a Block Voting Instruction by delivering to the Registrar written instructions not later than 48 hours before the time fixed for the relevant meeting. Any registered holder of a Note may obtain an uncompleted and unexecuted Form of Proxy from the Registrar. A Block Voting Instruction shall be valid until the release of Blocked Notes to which it relates. A Form of Proxy and a Block Voting Instruction cannot be outstanding simultaneously in respect of the same Note.
