Common use of Issue Tax Clause in Contracts

Issue Tax. The issuance of certificates for shares of Common Stock upon the exercise of the Warrant shall be made without charge to the Holder of the Warrant for any issue tax (other than any applicable income taxes) in respect thereof; provided, however, that the Company shall not be required to pay any tax which may be payable in respect of any transfer involved in the issuance and delivery of any certificate in a name other than that of the then Holder of the Warrant being exercised.

Issue Tax. The issuance of certificates for shares of Series B Common Stock upon the exercise of the this Warrant shall be made without charge to the Holder of the this Warrant for any issue tax (other than any applicable income taxes) in respect thereof; , provided, however, that the Company shall not be required to pay any tax which that may be payable in respect of any transfer involved in the issuance and delivery of any certificate in a name other than that of the then Holder of the this Warrant being exercised.

Issue Tax. The issuance of certificates for shares of Common Stock upon the exercise of the this Warrant shall be made without charge to the Holder of the this Warrant for any issue tax (other than any applicable income taxes) in respect thereof; provided, however, that the Company shall not be required to pay any tax which may be payable in respect of any transfer involved in the issuance and delivery of any certificate upon this Warrant being exercised in a name other than that of the then Holder of the Warrant being exercisedthis Warrant.

Issue Tax. The issuance of certificates for shares of Common Stock upon the exercise of the this Warrant shall be made free of all liens and without charge to the Holder of the this Warrant for any issue tax (or transfer taxes or other than any applicable income taxes) incidental expenses in respect thereofthereof (all of which taxes and expenses shall be paid by the Company); provided, however, that the Company shall not be required to pay any tax which may be payable in respect of any transfer involved in the issuance and delivery of any certificate in a name other than that of the then Holder of the Warrant being exercised.

Issue Tax. Issue Tax. The issuance of certificates for shares of Common Stock upon the exercise conversion of the Warrant this Note shall be made without charge to the Holder of the Warrant holders thereof for any issue issuance tax (other than any applicable income taxes) in respect thereof; provided, however, provided that the Company shall not be required to pay any tax which may be payable in respect of any transfer involved in the issuance and delivery of any certificate in a name other than that of the then Holder holder of the Warrant being exercisedthis Note.

Issue Tax. The issuance of certificates for shares of Common Stock upon the exercise of the this Warrant shall be made without charge to the Holder of the Warrant holder hereof for any issue issuance tax (other than any applicable income taxes) in respect thereof; provided, however, PROVIDED that the Company shall not be required to pay any tax which may be payable in respect of any transfer involved in the issuance and delivery of any certificate in a name other than that of the then Holder holder hereof; and PROVIDED FURTHER, that the Company shall not be liable for any federal, state or local income or similar tax on the holder hereof in connection with any exercise of the Warrant being exercisedthis Warrant.
