Common use of Issuer and Borrower Representatives Clause in Contracts

Issuer and Borrower Representatives. Whenever under the provisions of this Senior Loan Agreement the approval of the Issuer or the Borrower is required or the Issuer or the Borrower is required to take some action at the request of the other, such approval or such request shall be given for the Issuer by an Issuer Representative and for the Borrower by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower and the Trustee and the Collateral Agent, as applicable, shall be permitted to rely on, and shall be protected in acting upon, such approval.
