Common use of Issuer May Not Sell Clause in Contracts

The Issuer covenants that except pursuant to Article XX hereof after an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, without the Company’s prior written consent, unless required by law, it will not sell or otherwise part with or encumber its leasehold interest in the Project at any time during the Term of this Lease.
