The Issuer covenants that except pursuant to Article XX hereof after an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, without the Company’s written consent, unless required by law, it will not sell or otherwise part with or encumber its ownership interest in the Project at any time during the Term of this Lease without the Company’s prior written consent.
