Issuer Representative. Whenever under the provisions of this Agreement the approval of Issuer is required or Issuer is required to take some action at the request of Company, such approval shall be made or such action shall be taken by Issuer Representative and Company or Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or action, and Issuer shall have no redress against Company or Trustee as a result of any such action taken.
