Issuer Representative. Whenever under the provisions of this Loan Agreement the approval of the Issuer is required or the Issuer is required to take some action at the request of the Borrower, such approval shall be made or such action shall be taken by the Issuer Representative; and the Borrower, the Trustee and the Bondholders shall be authorized to rely on any such approval or action.
