Issuer to Furnish Trustee Names and Addresses of Holders. The Issuer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee (a) semi-annually, either (i) not later than June 1 and November 1 in each year in the case of Original Issue Discount Securities of any series which by their terms do not bear interest prior to Maturity, or (ii) not more than 15 days after each Regular Record Date in the case of Securities of any other series, a list, each in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders of Securities of such series as of the preceding June 1 or November 1 or as of such Regular Record Date, as the case may be; and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after the receipt by the Issuer of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided, however, that so long as the Trustee is the Security Registrar with respect to Securities of any series, no such lists need be furnished.
