Common use of Issuer to Furnish Trustee Names and Addresses of Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Issuer to Furnish Trustee Names and Addresses of Noteholders. The Issuer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee (i) not more than five days after the earlier of (a) each Record Date and (b) three months after the last Record Date, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders of Notes as of such Record Date and (ii) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than ten days prior to the time such list is furnished; provided, however, that so long as the Trustee is the Note Registrar, no such list shall be required to be furnished. The Trustee or, if the Trustee is not the Note Registrar, the Issuer shall furnish to the Insurer in writing at such times as the Insurer may reasonably request a copy of the list.
