Common use of Issuer to Furnish Trustee Names and Addresses of Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Issuer to Furnish Trustee Names and Addresses of Noteholders. (a) The Issuer will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee (i) semi-annually, not less than 45 days nor more than 60 days after the Record Date for each April 1 and October 1 Payment Date, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Holders of Notes, and (ii) at such other times, as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 10 days prior to the time such list is furnished; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that so long as the Trustee is the Note Registrar, no such list shall be required to be furnished to the Trustee. (b) In addition to furnishing to the Trustee the Noteholder lists, if any, required under subsection (a), the Issuer shall also furnish all Noteholder lists, if any, required under Section 3.03 at the times required by said Section 3.03.

(b) In addition to furnishing , and the Trustee shall furnish such list to the Issuer upon the Issuer's written request, within 30 days after receipt by the Trustee the Noteholder lists, if any, required under subsection (a), the Issuer shall also furnish all Noteholder lists, if any, required under Section 3.03 at the times required by said Section 3.03of any such request.
