Common use of Issuer to pay the Fiscal Agent Clause in Contracts

Issuer to pay the Fiscal Agent. In order to provide for the payment of principal and interest in respect of the Notes as the same becomes due and payable, the Issuer shall pay to the Fiscal Agent, on or before the day on which such payment becomes due, an amount equal to the amount of principal and/or (as the case may be) interest falling due in respect of the Notes on such date in immediately available funds.

Issuer to pay the Fiscal Agent. In order to provide for the payment of principal and interest in respect of the Notes as the same becomes due and payable, the Issuer shall pay to the Fiscal Agent, on or before the day on which such payment becomes due, an amount equal to the amount of principal and/or (as the case may be) interest falling due in respect of the Notes on such date in immediately available fundsdate.
