Common use of Issuers Covenant Clause in Contracts

Issuers Covenant. The Issuers hereby covenant in favour of each Securityholder that each Securityholder is entitled to exercise or enforce in respect of each Security held by him, the rights and obligations attaching to the relevant Security as set out in, and subject to, this Agreement, the Conditions and the applicable Final Terms attached to, or incorporated by reference into, the Global Security.
