Common use of Issuer's Notices Clause in Contracts

Issuer's Notices. The Issuer shall, within seven days of the date hereof, give notice of the Series 2007-1 Security to all relevant parties including the following notices: 8.1.1 to the Account Bank, a Notice of Assignment to the Account Bank in the form of Schedule 3 Part 1 (Notice of Assignment); and 8.1.2 to each of the other parties to the Series 2007-1 Documents, a Notice of Assignment to Transaction Parties in the form of Schedule 3 Part 1 (Notice of Assignment).

Issuer's Notices. The Issuer shall, within seven days of the date hereof, give notice of the Series 20072023-1 (A2) Security to all relevant parties including the following notices: 8.1.1 (a) to the Account Bank, a Notice of Assignment to the Account Bank in the form of Part 1 of Schedule 3 Part 1 (Form of Notice of Assignmentto Account Bank); and 8.1.2 (b) to each of the other parties to the Series 20072023-1 Documents(A2) Documents (save to the extent such parties are a party hereto), a Notice of Assignment to Transaction Parties in the form of Schedule 3 4 Part 1 (Notice of Assignment).
