Issuer’s Rights Sample Clauses
Issuer’s Rights. All of the representations, warranties, covenants and agreements of the Borrower to the Lenders under this Agreement and of the Borrower under any other Loan Document shall inure to the benefit of each Issuer (unless the context otherwise indicates).
Issuer’s Rights. During the term of this Agreement, the Issuer shall not have any rights or powers with respect to any amounts in the Collateral Accounts or any part thereof except (a) as provided in Section 2.7 and (b) the right to have such amounts applied in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Issuer’s Rights. If an Event of Default occurs in relation to the Subscriber prior to Completion, then the Issuer may terminate this Agreement immediately by notice in writing.
