Issues Tracking Log. To aid in the discussion and decision making process the Design- Builder shall develop, maintain, and own a project issues log and decision matrix. The ITL shall articulate all decisions needing to be made, made decisions, the responsible party, as well as all design RFIs, design updates, or similar. The PMT shall ensure that all open items in the ITL are resolved prior to final permitting and/or construction activities begin.
