Common use of IT Security Clause in Contracts

IT Security. a. The Supplier shall, at its own cost and expense, implement and maintain, appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security: i. Such that the Processing will meet the requirements of the Applicable Laws; and j. Appropriate to the risks that are presented by the Processing. b. The Supplier shall assist the Company in ensuring compliance with its obligations under Applicable Laws regarding the security of Processing and taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of Processing, as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of the Data Subjects.
