Business Representative, Local Union Contractor Representative It is hereby recognized by the Union that the Employers may, from time to time, require additional Tandem or Semi-Trailer type gravel trucks to complete the required complement to suit the needs of certain projects. It is therefore agreed the Employer can engage additional Owner Operated Tandem or Semi-trailer type gravel trucks which are not subject to the terms of this collective agreement, as provided in Article 3:03(b) of the agreement, provided that:
