Itemization of Expenditures. (A) During the preparation of the proposed Work Programs and Budgets and Development Plans contemplated in this Article 6, Operator shall consult with the Operating Committee or the appropriate subcommittees regarding the contents of such Work Programs and Budgets and Development Plans. (B) Each Work Program and Budget and Development Plan submitted by Operator shall contain an itemized estimate of the costs of Joint Operations and all other expenditures to be made for the Joint Account during the Calendar Year in question and shall, inter alia: (1) identify each work category in sufficient detail to afford the ready identification of the nature, scope and duration of the activity in question; (2) include such reasonable information regarding Operator’s allocation procedures and estimated manpower costs as the Operating Committee may determine; (3) comply with the requirements of the Contract; (4) contain an estimate of funds to be expended by Calendar Quarter; and (5) during the Exploration Period, provide a forecast of annual expenditures and activities through the end of the Exploration Period. (C) The Work Program and Budget shall designate the portion or portions of the Contract Area in which Joint Operations itemized in such Work Program and Budget are to be conducted and shall specify the kind and extent of such operations in such detail as the Operating Committee may deem suitable.

(5) utilization during the Exploration Period, provide a forecast of annual expenditures and activities through the end Joint Operations of the Exploration Periodpersonnel of Affiliates of Operator, including a list of hourly rates chargeable for the work thereof.
(C) The Work Program and Budget shall designate the portion or portions of the Contract Area in which Joint Operations itemized in such Work Program and Budget are to be conducted and shall specify the kind and extent of such operations in such detail as the Operating Committee may deem suitable.
(D) The list of rates and the amount of utilization proposed for personnel of the Operator and its Affiliates will not be changed during the Calendar Year except with the approval of the Operating Committee. The foregoing shall not apply to contracts entered into as a result of a tender based on an approved AFE.
