Itemized Statements; Payment. At the end of each month during the Consultation Period in which the Consultant has incurred expenses pursuant to Section 2(c) above, the Consultant shall submit to the Company a statement of the expenses incurred (including documentation evidencing such expenses) that month. The Company shall pay the Consultant the Consulting Fees in equal quarterly payments made at the end of each fiscal quarter, beginning with the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2019 (with each payment including any reimbursements due for expenses incurred during the preceding quarter).
