Consent to Contact Primary and Secondary Contact(s). In most circumstances, Residents will be treated without reference to their parents, guardians or primary/secondary contacts (i.e. student conduct situations). However, the Manager or the Institution may contact the Primary or Secondary Contact at any time and for any purpose, including, without limitation, to advise them of (i) any accident or injury to the Resident, (ii) overdue financial payments, (iii) termination of this Agreement, and/or (iv) any situation where the Resident may cause harm to themselves or to another, or (v) if the Resident is placed on Residence Probation or issued any behavioural contract or Eviction by the Manager. The Manager or the Institution may disclose the Resident’s personal information in such communications, and the Resident hereby consents to this disclosure.
Supported Initial and Renewal Registration Periods a. Initial registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms of up to ten years. b. Renewal registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms not exceeding a total of ten years. c. Upon change of sponsorship of the registration of a Registered Name from one registrar to another, according to Part A of the ICANN Policy on Transfer of Registrations between Registrars, the term of registration of the Registered Name shall be extended by one year, provided that the maximum term of the registration as of the effective date of the sponsorship change shall not exceed ten years. d. The change of sponsorship of registration of Registered Names from one registrar to another, according to Part B of the ICANN Policy on Transfer of Registrations between Registrars shall not result in the extension of the term of the registration and Registry Operator may assist in such change of sponsorship.

Notification of Acceptance of General Offer of Terms Upon execution of Exhibit E, General Offer of Terms, Subscribing LEA shall provide notice of such acceptance in writing and given by personal delivery, or e-mail transmission (if contact information is provided for the specific mode of delivery), or first class mail, postage prepaid, to the designated representative below.
MEMBERS OF DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS AND CONSULAR POSTS Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the fiscal privileges of members of diplomatic missions or consular posts under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements.
