Common use of ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED BY THE SHAREHOLDER OR THE SELLER Clause in Contracts

ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED BY THE SHAREHOLDER OR THE SELLER. At the Closing, the Shareholder and/or the Seller will deliver or cause to be delivered to the Purchaser: 8.2.1 Shares certificate for one-hundred Shares of Common Stock of the Seller; 8.2.2 Unaudited Balance Sheet; 8.2.3 Such other certified resolutions, documents and certificates as are required to be delivered by the Shareholder or the Seller pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement; and
