Common use of Items to be Supplied by Jabil Clause in Contracts

Items to be Supplied by Jabil. Jabil will employ the Jabil Manufacturing Process, any required manufacturing technology, manufacturing capacity, labor, transportation logistics, systems and facilities necessary for Jabil to perform the Manufacturing Services.

Items to be Supplied by Jabil. Jabil will employ the Jabil Manufacturing Process, and provide the Manufacturing Services, Reasonable and Customary Support Services, any required manufacturing technology, manufacturing capacity, design services in support of manufacturing process (to include fixture design) labor, manufacturing and quality related fixtures, transportation logisticslogistics (as required by FCA Port of Origin), systems and facilities necessary for Jabil to perform the Manufacturing Services. Jabil will provide Reasonable and Customary Support Services at no charge.

Jabil will maintain Loaned Equipment in good operating condition in the same manner as it maintains its own equipment and will return same to Company in good operating condition when it is no longer needed for the Manufacturing Services, reasonable wear and tear excepted, having due regard to the age and use of the equipment.
