Items to be Supplied by Jabil. Jabil will employ the Jabil Manufacturing Process, any required manufacturing technology, manufacturing capacity, labor, transportation logistics, systems and facilities necessary for Jabil to perform the Manufacturing Services. Jabil will provide in writing to the Company a high level description of the Jabil Manufacturing Process and any required manufacturing technology, manufacturing capacity, labor, transportation logistics, systems and facilities necessary for Jabil to perform the Manufacturing Services, for the sole purpose of enabling Company to evaluate Jabil’s ability to perform under this Agreement. Any proprietary information provided to Company shall be considered as Jabil confidential under the terms of this Agreement.
