Janitorial and Other Services. Lessor agrees to supply janitorial service for all interior and exterior common areas as specified in Exhibit B attached hereto. Lessor shall provide janitorial service for the interior portion of the Premises. If Lessee requires janitorial services above and beyond services required for a standard, 40-hour-work-week, Lessee shall be responsible for all associated additional costs.
