Common use of Janitorial Clause in Contracts

Janitorial. Lessor shall furnish such janitor service in the Common Area as, in the reasonable judgment of Lessor, is necessary for the comfortable use and occupancy of the Premises, except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. All janitorial services shall be performed in accordance with work schedules established by Lessor. Tenant shall, at is sole cost and expense, be responsible for providing janitorial services with respect to the Premises.
