Common use of Jarden as Initial Servicer Clause in Contracts

Jarden as Initial Servicer. The servicing, administering and collection of the Receivables shall be conducted by the Person designated from time to time as the Servicer under this Agreement. Until such time following the occurrence and during the continuance of a Servicer Event of Default or an Amortization Event as the Administrator shall notify Jarden and the Borrower in writing of the revocation of such power and authority, the Borrower, the Lender and the Administrator hereby appoint Jarden to act as the Servicer under the Transaction Documents.
