Common use of JBE Contractors Clause in Contracts

JBE Contractors. The Contractor Project Manager and the JBE Project Manager shall work together to mitigate any impact on the schedule as set forth in a Scope of Work caused by any replacement of a Project Staff member. Contractor shall be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with any Project Staff replacement. Contractor shall assure an orderly and prompt succession for any Project Staff member who is replaced.
