JDA Terms Are Confidential Information of Both Parties. Except for public statements agreed to by the Parties or for disclosures that are in the reasonable judgment of a Party required by Law or stock exchange listing requirements, the Parties agree that the existence, material terms, and the subject matter of this JDA shall be considered Confidential Information of both Parties.
