JDC Minutes. The chair shall be responsible for generating and issuing reasonably detailed minutes of each JDC meeting, which shall include a summary of any actions agreed at the meeting and will circulate such minutes to the JDC representatives of each Party for review within [***] days after such meeting. Any corrections or comments to such minutes must be provided to the chair within [***] days after the draft minutes are issued, who shall then issue the approved (or, if no comments are provided within such [***] day period, deemed approved) minutes in final form to the JDC representatives of each Party.
