Jeopardy of Building Permits. 8.3.1 Should the Developer fail to complete any part of the Subdivision in a good and workmanlike manner as determined by the City Engineer, or shall the Developer fail to comply with the contractual obligations of this Agreement then the City shall have the right to withhold and withdraw all building permits, water and sewer service within or to the Subdivision until the Developer has fulfilled all terms of this Agreement, the Subdivision Regulations, and the plans and specifications approved by the City.
