Common use of Jersey Guaranty Waivers Clause in Contracts

Jersey Guaranty Waivers. (a) Each Jersey Domiciled Grantor and any other Grantor that enters into a Jersey Security Agreement irrevocably and unconditionally waives and abandons any and all rights or entitlement which it has or may have under the existing or future laws of Jersey, whether by virtue of the customary law rights of droit de discussion or otherwise, to require that recourse be had to the assets of any other Guarantor or other Person before any claim is enforced against it in respect of its obligations under any Notes Document. (b) Each Jersey Domiciled Grantor and any other Grantor that enters into a Jersey Security Agreement irrevocably and unconditionally waives and abandons any and all rights or entitlement which it has or may have under the existing or future laws of Jersey, whether by virtue of the customary law right of droit de division or otherwise, to require that any liability under any Notes Document be divided or apportioned with any other Person or reduced in any manner.
