Job Embedded Professional Development. A fund of not less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) shall be specifically designated for site specific professional development outside of the contracted day. Professional development activities shall include the collaborative development of lessons, common assessments, and collection and organization of data to inform instruction. The fund shall be allocated equitably per site based upon certificated employee FTE (High School, Middle School, MP3, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Primary, and Ten Mile Creek Elementary) and paid at the curriculum rate. Certificated employees shall request funding from their principal. This fund is supported with Title II, Part A federal dollars. The District commits to apply for funding each year it is available. If the District does not receive funding, this section shall be null and void.
