JOC’s Continued Performance of Work Sample Clauses

JOC’s Continued Performance of Work. JOC shall continue to perform the Work under an issued Job Order and City shall continue to satisfy its payment obligations to JOC under an issued Job Order, pending final resolution of any dispute or disagreements between the Parties.
