John Deere Seeding Group/Cylinder Division. There shall not be more than one (1) departmental xxxxxxx for each thirty-five (35) employees in the bargaining unit, with a minimum of twenty (20) stewards. When there are more than thirty (30) persons working on the second or third shift in the plant, there shall be at least one (1) departmental xxxxxxx.
