Common use of Joinder Agreement Clause in Contracts

Joinder Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Foreign Subsidiary Borrower Joinder Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit I, executed and delivered by such Foreign Subsidiary Borrower and the Parent Borrower.

Joinder Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Foreign Subsidiary Borrower Joinder Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit IG, executed and delivered by the Borrower, the applicable Foreign Subsidiary and the Administrative Agent, providing for such Foreign Subsidiary Borrower and the Parent to become Foreign Subsidiary Borrower.
