Common use of Joinder of Additional Grantors Clause in Contracts

Joinder of Additional Grantors. Each Grantor shall promptly notify the Collateral Agent in writing of any Subsidiary which it acquires or forms after the date of this Agreement and cause each such Subsidiary to execute and deliver to the Collateral Agent a Joinder Agreement within 30 days of the date on which it was acquired or formed and, upon such execution and delivery, such Subsidiary shall constitute a "Grantor" for all purposes hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally named as a Grantor herein. Upon the execution and delivery by any Subsidiary of a Joinder Agreement, the supplemental schedules attached to such Joinder Agreement shall be incorporated into and become part of and supplement the Schedules to this Agreement and each reference to such Schedules shall mean and be a reference to such Schedules as supplemented pursuant to each Joinder Agreement and from time to time. The execution and delivery of such Joinder Agreement shall not require the consent of any Grantor hereunder.
