Common use of JOINDER OF ADDITIONAL PARTY Clause in Contracts

JOINDER OF ADDITIONAL PARTY. The parties to the Agreement agree to the joinder of MFD as a party to the Agreement, as supplemented and amended. MFD shall be entitled to all of the rights and benefits, and subject to all of the obligations, of the Agreement, as modified by this Supplement. The respective obligations of MFD, the Trust and MFS shall be several and not joint.
