Common use of Joinder of Company Clause in Contracts

Joinder of Company. In the event the Company is formed and desires to become a party to this Agreement, the Executive and the Bank shall enter into such amendments to the Agreement and execute such consents as may be necessary to reflect the addition of the Company as a party to the Agreement. No such amendments to the Agreement shall materially alter the terms of this Agreement without the consent of the affected party.
