Common use of Joinder of New Purchaser Group Clause in Contracts

Joinder of New Purchaser Group. 2.1. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that, effective as of the date hereof and subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4 below, there shall be created a new Purchaser Group under the Agreement (the “New Purchaser Group”) consisting of the New Managing Agent and the New Committed Purchaser. Each of the New Managing Agent and the New Committed Purchaser shall be referred to in this Section 2 as a “New Party” and all of the foregoing shall be referred to collectively as the “New Parties.”
