Joinder of Spouses. The spouses of any subsequent Preferred Investors and any subsequent Common Investors, as applicable, will execute this Agreement and, by such execution, they acknowledge that they are fully aware of, understand, and agree to, the provisions of this Agreement and thereby bind themselves, their heirs, assigns and legal representatives, to the terms and provisions hereof.
