Joinder of Subsidiary. If a Material Subsidiary that is a Domestic Subsidiary is acquired or created in connection with such acquisition, such Material Subsidiary shall be joined as a Guarantor within 60 days of the closing of the acquisition in the same manner as a Subsidiary is joined pursuant to Section 5.09;
