Joinder of Transferee. It will be a condition of the transfer of the Series A Preferred Stock held by Investor that any such Transferee become party to this Agreement. Neither the Company not its Transfer Agent, if any, shall recognize such transfer unless presented with evidence of such Transferee’s acceptance of this Agreement in a form substantially similar to the form of Joinder included in Exhibit A hereto.
