Common use of Joinder to Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Joinder to Guaranty. The New Subsidiary hereby agrees that it is a “Guarantor” under that certain Guaranty dated as of August 21, 2013 (as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Guaranty”), made by Columbia Property Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation, and each other Person a party thereto in favor of the Credit Parties and assumes all obligations, representations, warranties, covenants, terms, conditions, duties and waivers of a “Guarantor” thereunder, all as if the New Subsidiary had been an original signatory to the Guaranty. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the New Subsidiary hereby:

Joinder to Guaranty. The New Subsidiary hereby agrees that it is a “Guarantor” under that certain Guaranty of Payment dated as of August 21September 10, 2013 2007 (as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Guaranty”), made by Columbia Property TrustNNN HEALTHCARE OFFICE REIT, Inc.INC., a Maryland corporation, and each other Person a party thereto in favor of the Credit Parties Agent and assumes all obligations, representations, warranties, covenants, terms, conditions, duties and waivers of a “Guarantor” thereunder, all as if the New Subsidiary had been an original signatory to the Guaranty. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the New Subsidiary hereby:

Joinder to Guaranty. The New Subsidiary hereby agrees that it is a “Guarantor” under that certain Guaranty dated as of August 21July 30, 2013 2015 (as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Guaranty”), made by Columbia Property Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation, and each other Person a party thereto in favor of the Credit Parties and assumes all obligations, representations, warranties, covenants, terms, conditions, duties and waivers of a “Guarantor” thereunder, all as if the New Subsidiary had been an original signatory to the Guaranty. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the New Subsidiary hereby:

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the New Subsidiary hereby:

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the New Subsidiary hereby:

The New Subsidiary hereby agrees that it is a “Guarantor” under that certain Amended and Restated Guaranty dated as of August 21June 29, 2013 2011 (as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Guaranty”), ) made by Columbia Property TrustXxxxx Core Office Income REIT, Inc., a Maryland corporation, and each other Person a party thereto in favor of the Credit Parties and assumes all obligations, representations, warranties, covenants, terms, conditions, duties and waivers of a “Guarantor” thereunder, all as if the New Subsidiary had been an original signatory to the Guaranty. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the New Subsidiary hereby:

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the New Subsidiary hereby:

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the New Subsidiary hereby:

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the New Subsidiary hereby:

The New Subsidiary hereby agrees that it is a “Guarantor” under that certain Guaranty dated as of August 21September 26, 2013 2012 (as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Guaranty”), ) made by Columbia Property TrustXxxxx Core Office Income REIT, Inc., a Maryland corporation, Xxxxx Core Office Income Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and each other Person a party thereto in favor of the Credit Parties and assumes all obligations, representations, warranties, covenants, terms, conditions, duties and waivers of a “Guarantor” thereunder, all as if the New Subsidiary had been an original signatory to the Guaranty.
