Joinder to Letter Agreement. In connection with the transfer of the Assigned Securities to Investor, Investor shall execute a joinder to the Letter Agreement in substantially the form attached here to as Exhibit B (the “Joinder”) pursuant to which Investor shall agree with TGAA to be bound solely by Section 5 of the Letter Agreement solely with respect to the Assigned Securities.
