Joining the Program. 3.1. To begin the enrollment process, the Affiliate shall submit a complete Affiliate Application via Wix Site. Wix will evaluate ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s Application in good faith and will notify him/her/it of its acceptance or rejection within ten (10) business days.
3.2. Wix may reject Affiliate Application if Wix determines, in Wix’s sole discretion, that the Affiliate Site is unsuitable for the Program for any reason. If Wix accepts Affiliate Application and thereafter the Affiliate Site is determined (in Wix's sole discretion) to be unsuitable for the Program, Wix may terminate the Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time.
3.3. Unsuitable Affiliate Sites may include, but not be limited to, sites containing illegal, offensive, abusing, infringing content, or which incorporate images or content that is, in any way, unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable such as sites that: promote violence; promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; promote illegal activities or incorporate any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any third party (collectively: "Content Restrictions").
3.4. A rejection of an Affiliate Application by Wix shall not derogate from Affiliate's right to reapply to the Program at any other time thereafter.
Joining the Program. To join our referral program you must submit a referral for a prospective Customer to our company who must in turn sign a contract with us for work to be done. Once the contract is signed you will be considered part of the referral program. By submitting a referral you are affirmatively stating that you have carefully read and understand the terms set forth in this Agreement and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Joining the Program. 2.1 Any User of the BESTDISCOUNT Smartphone Application (referred to as the “App”) has the right to participate in this Affiliate program.
Joining the Program. 3.1. To enroll in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate shall submit a complete Affiliate Application via the SchoolsFocus Site. Affiliate must provide full, true and accurate information in the Affiliate Application.
3.2. SchoolsFocus may reject an Affiliate Application if SchoolsFocus determines, in its sole discretion, that the Affiliate Site or activities are unsuitable for the Program for any reason. If, at any time, SchoolsFocus determines, at its sole discretion, the Affiliate Site or activity, is unsuitable for the Program, SchoolsFocus may terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Program.
3.3. Unsuitable Affiliate Sites or activities may include, but may not be limited to: sites containing or activities related to illegal, offensive, abusive, infringing content, or which incorporate images or content that is, in any way, unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable, including without limitation to sites or activities that: promote violence; promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, or age; promote illegal activities or incorporate any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any third party (collectively, “Content Restrictions”); or that degrade the SchoolsFocus brand in any way (at the sole and absolute discretion of SchoolsFocus).
3.4. A rejection of an Affiliate Application by SchoolsFocus shall not prohibit the Affiliate from reapplying to the Program at any other time thereafter provided that the Affiliate complies with the provisions of this Agreement.
Joining the Program. To join the Program, you must execute the PNA and be accepted into the Program by PCC. Participation in this Program does not authorize you to resell or sublicense our services.
Joining the Program. To join the Program, the 1st party must submit a complete Program application, agree to the Customer Agreement, and be accepted by the 2nd party into the Program. Acceptance into the Program does not authorise you to resell or sublicense the 2nd party’s services.
Joining the Program. To join the Program, you must execute the PNA and be accepted into the Program by PointClickCare. Participation in this Program does not authorize you to resell or sublicense our services.
Joining the Program. Operators that retire and re rehired as ROSI operators may start:
1. Immediately, if any ROSI eligible tripper packages are open.
2. At the beginning of the next bid, if three (3) months prior notice is given.
