Common use of JOINT ALLOTTEES Clause in Contracts

JOINT ALLOTTEES. That in case there are Joint Allottees all communications shall be sent by the Promoter to the Allottee whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her, which shall for all intents and purposes to consider as properly served on all the Allottees. The Allottee shall inform the Promoter in writing any change in the mailing address, failing which all demands, notices etc. by the Promoter shall be mailed to the address given in this agreement and deemed to have been received by the Allottee and which shall for all purposes be considered as served to all the Allottee/s and no separate communication shall be necessary to the other named Allottee/s.
